Shipping policy

*Free standard shipping & returns on sunglass orders over $200 to the Lower 48 US States.
(*excludes helmet orders and APO/FPO shipments)

  • We service North American (USA and Canada) orders only. Please visit Rudy Project International to place an order outside of our territory.
  • Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders received by 3pm Pacific ship the same business day (exceptions may occur during holidays).
  • Our free shipping offer in the Lower 48 US States excludes orders that contain a helmet and is based on the subtotal of the items in your cart. Please add items to your cart and begin your checkout to see your delivery options and fees.
  • We gladly service US citizens through APO/FPO addresses.

Daily Order Cut Off Time

Orders received before 3pm Pacific will ship the same day. (Monday thru Friday) Orders received after 3pm Pacific will ship the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We ship from California and offer various shipping options with UPS, FedEx and USPS (US Postal Service).

Standard UPS shipping typically takes 2-3 days to the West Coast and 5-7 Days to the East Coast and Canada. Rx orders are custom made to your specific vision requirements and take approximately 7-10 business days to complete and will ship overnight to your door once ready.

Overnight Shipping

Overnight shipping is only available in the Lower 48 of the US and is not guaranteed to be delivered the next business day. (some rural areas) Rudy Project is not responsible for deliveries that do not arrive overnight*. Overnight orders placed on Friday could be processed the following business day based on the cutoff time defined above. (We do not offer Saturday delivery)

Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico / Guam Customers

For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam, we offer custom shipping options to your region and you will see these during checkout. Sorry, but we can not offer overnight shipping to your area.

Canadian Duties & Taxes

All duties and taxes, door to door, are included in the shipping fee's during checkout for Canadian orders. Sorry but we do not ship orders to the Canadian province of Nunavut NU.

* All shipping prices are subject to change without notice. Severe weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events could cause delays for delivery services. When the delay is due to an act of nature, shipping refunds are not issued.
